RULES

1. NO CLEATS OR SPIKES

2. Youth under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

3. Youth under the age of 16 are not permitted to use any pitching or defensive machines without adult supervision

4. Members must enter and exit the building through the main entrance;

5. Any key to the Club’s facility is for the sole use by the Member

6. A Member shall not permit any other person to access the Club’s facilities or to use the Club’s equipment without the prior written consent of the Club

7. Damage to Club’s property will be paid for by the Member in the event that he/she willfully or negligently causes such damage;

8. Proper etiquette, language, and courtesy are to be observed at all times

9. Management reserves the right to ask Members to leave the Club’s premises if civil and courteous conduct is not being observed

10. Proper athletic and safety equipment, including but not limited to batting helmets, must be worn at all times, and proper attire must be worn at all times for the training or activities being performed

11. Personal property that is left at the Club’s facility and left unclaimed for a period of fourteen (14) days will be will be deemed abandoned and discarded or donated to a local non-profit organization

12. Members shall at all times use all equipment for its ordinary and intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations

13. Management also reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event the Member conducts himself or herself in a manner in violation of these rules, and in such event the Club will not be obligated to refund any amounts paid to the Club by the Member.
